Rules for Teams
Setting the team norms and rules are essential for a smooth collaboration. Read the rules as a team. What rules do you find most valuable? What are your strengths in teamwork? Who are you in a group dynamic? Neither role depicted above is positive. If you are the one who does most of the work, you may be an enabler or too controlling, and in the end, your teammates won't learn, and you will put yourself in a stressful situation.
